Come home to yourself.

There's a part of you that knows what you want. It might be buried beneath old fears, borrowed ideas, and years of noise—but it's there, waiting. We are here to help you tune in, clear the way, and step into the arena of your own life.

The Work

What we do together

This isn't about me telling you who to be. It's about helping you reconnect with what you already know—and then having the courage to act on it.

Finding the Signal

Beneath the mental chatter, the fears, and the conditioning, there's a quieter voice that knows what's true for you. We work together to tune in and learn to trust it.

Clearing the Noise

Old patterns, borrowed beliefs, intrusive fears—they all served a purpose once. We examine what's actually yours and release what no longer fits who you're becoming.

Entering the Arena

Insight without action is just philosophy. We get you moving—testing your ideas in the real world, learning through direct experience, building the life that's actually yours.

"Nothing trumps the fire of direct experience."

The Approach

How I show up

Steady presence meets forward motion.Think Mr. Rogers meets "let's go."

1

Partner, not authority

I'm not here to tell you who to be or what to want. I'm a skilled companion who helps you become your own expert. Self-leadership, not dependency.

2

Direct experience over theory

We can talk for hours about what might work—or you can try something and find out. I'll help you design experiments, take calculated risks, and learn from what actually happens.

3

Whole-person focus

Your career, relationships, health, creativity, and inner life aren't separate problems. They're all connected. We address what needs addressing, wherever that leads.

4

Sustainable pace

Transformation doesn't happen through force. We work at a rhythm that challenges you without burning you out—building habits and insights that last.

About

I've spent my life in spaces where people are navigating hard transitions— psychiatric crisis, reentry from incarceration, end of life, career pivots, and the quieter daily work of becoming who we're meant to be.

My path has been anything but linear. I've worked as a mental health specialist at Vanderbilt's psychiatric hospital, taught software development inside prison walls, supported men rebuilding their lives in transitional housing, and sat with families during their final moments together through hospice care.

I've also spent six years as a software engineer and technology leader—building systems, leading teams, and learning that the same principles apply to code and to people: clarity, patience, iteration, and a willingness to debug what isn't working.

Along the way, I've trained in yoga and meditation, earned a Master's in Sustainable Practice and Conflict Management, served on nonprofit boards, and done my own deep work with therapists, mentors, and teachers.

I'm not a therapist—and I don't replace one. I'm someone who has sat with people in some of life's hardest moments, done my own work, and learned how to help others find their way home to themselves.

Kind Words

Voices from the journey

"I came in thinking I needed to figure out my next career move. Turns out I needed to figure out why I kept running from the one I actually wanted. Jeremy didn't let me off the hook, but he was kind about it."
Sarah M.After 6 months of sessions
"Honestly? I almost canceled our first session three times. I'm glad I didn't. He asked me one question in that first hour that I'm still sitting with, six months later. In the best way."
Marcus T.Ongoing work together
"I'd done therapy, read all the books, listened to every podcast. What was different here was someone who actually listened—like, really listened—and wasn't afraid of the silence when I needed to think."
Elena R.Mid-life recalibration
"We did a walking session once when I was too wound up to sit still. I still think about things I said out loud on that walk that I'd never admitted to myself before. Movement unlocks something."
David K.Working through a creative block
"I appreciated that he never tried to fix me or give me a five-step plan. He just kept showing up, asking good questions, and trusting that I'd find my own way. And eventually, I did."
